Construction Enhancements
Below are some of the construction enhancements that I make in my homes to make them the best when compared to rest.
  1. Oversized house foundation footings & support pads exceed ST building code requirements.

  1. House elevation engineering is provided to eliminate reliance on echanical devices and help ensure that your home will have a dry basement.
  1. 8-10 inches of crushed stone are placed under the basement floor to eliminate under floor hydraulic pressure and provide an easy installation of Radon mitigation should it be deemed necessary.
